Once my bankruptcy is over and a claim is filed against me can I claim bankrutcy again and include this?

This largely depends on the type of claim. If it is simply a normal unsecured debt, then the answer is yes as long as you have been successfully discharged from your first bankruptcy.

However, if this is a type of debt that survived your first bankruptcy this may not be a workable solution. The best thing to do is to discuss the type of debt licensed trustee to determine if it will be cleared.

Additionally, be aware that a second bankruptcy is not as straightforward as a first bankruptcy, so you may want to have the trustee outline some of the difference that can be expected.
