Can you move to another country before receiving a discharge freom bankruptcy?

    There is nothing that prevents you from moving, whether it is inside or outside of Canada. The only thing I would caution you to do is make sure you inform your trustee as to where you are going to be living and make all necessary arrangemnts to compete your counselling and other duties that must be attended to in person prior to leaving.
