If I leave Alberta Canada what happens to my debts?

Regardless of where you move your debts will still exist and continue to accrue interest and penalties from the lender.

If you relocate to other parts on Canada you won't see much change. Your creditors will still be able to pursue you for the outstanding amount through the normal avenues. However, if you move outside of Canada you will likely find that your creditors will have more limited means of collecting on the debt (this is normally due to the cost of pursuing across international borders).
