If a psychologist is running a business and that business declares bankruptcy, is a psychologist still able to practice?

The only restriction I am aware of is not based on the type of professional you are, but on the type of business you run.

You see, when you file a bankruptcy, under provincial and federal legislation, you are not eligible to be a director of a limited company.
