3rd bankruptcy

i filed 22 years ago and 15 years ago, do i have to mention those if im forced to file a third time. whats going to happen if i file a third time

    When you file bankruptcy you are required to disclose any previous bankruptcies or proposals you have filed. This is irrespective of how long ago these bankruptcies or proposals happened.

    Having multiple bankruptcies will have a dramatic impact on the way the bankruptcy will proceed and when you will be eligible for discharge. As a result I would suggest you consider a proposal if possible as it may allow you to deal with things in a quicker, more straight forward fashion.
