When you file bankruptcy you are required to disclose any previous bankruptcies or proposals you have filed. This is irrespective of how long ago these bankruptcies or proposals happened.
Having multiple bankruptcies will have a dramatic impact on the way the bankruptcy will proceed and when you will be eligible for discharge. As a result I would suggest you consider a proposal if possible as it may allow you to deal with things in a quicker, more straight forward fashion.
