When in bankruptcy what happens to my child tax credit.

There is nothing that will directly impact your Child Tax Benefits. These Benefits will be exempt from seizure during a bankruptcy and therefore you will continue to receive this income.

The only realy way that this will feel any impact is that it is considered income and must be used when calculating the cost of your bankruptcy as based on the Superintendent Surplus Guideline.
