if your are living with your daughters father because of child but hes only a roomate does it affect his possesions?

    If the possessions are his, not yours, and this can be substantiated then you shouldn't have any difficulties. The best thing to do in this situation is to contact a trustee, explain the living arrangements, the type of property in the premises and your concerns and they will be able to help you to understand whether or not you even need to be concerned over this type of an issue.
