Citifinancial loan

Posted on Thursday, September 25, 2008

I have currently been unable to pay my morgage for my house which i had borrowed from citifinancial. Now they are claiming that we have to get out of the house in a week. I have a dependent as well and we have no place to go, what can we do?

You are going to need to deal directly with the mortgage company on this one. The problem is legally they have the right to evict you if you are not up to date on your mortgage.

We can help you deal with the shortfall on the mortgage, but unfortunately nothing in the Bankruptcy and Insolcency Act has the authority to trump secured creditors like this.
