If I rent an appartment abroad 5months a year and own an older vehicle abroad, do I lose that as well

The apartment is not really an issue as you don't own it. Although the car may become an issue. If the vehicle is older, doesn't have significant value to it, there will likely be a way you can work things out with your trustee so that you won't have much of an impact on that vehicle. However, the more valuable the vehicle the bigger of an issue it would become.
