I am a former resident of Alberta and have gone through an ugly divorce. I am facing some legal battles in Alberta. The matrimonial home is still in our joint names. I no longer live in Alberta and haven\’t for 2 years. I now live in Ontario and am re-married. If I claim bankruptcy in Alberta will it get me out from these legal claims?
