recreational vehicles

In bankruptcy, do you have to turn over items such as a quad or snowmobiles, they are over 10 years old and wouldn\’t have much market value I wouldn\’t think.

One Response to “recreational vehicles”

  1. Barton Goth, CIRP, Trustee in Bankruptcy says:

If you file a bankruptcy recreation vehicles are items you are not permitted to keep. Even if their value is minimal the need to be sold and the proceeds divided up among the creditors. The alternative is you can have the property appraised and then you pay the appraised value into the trustee’s office.
