I have $10,000 in RRSP\’s. Will I loose them if I declare bankrupcy?
Also, what about my CPP and EI? Will I still be entitled to claim those every month?

This will all depend on when these contributions were made. If you file bankruptcy you loose any RRSP's that have been contributed in the 12 months prior to filing a bankruptcy. All the rest of your RRSP's would be considered exempt and not lost in bankruptcy.
