If you file <a href="http://www.bankruptcy-edmonton.com/bankruptcy-edmonton.htm" rel="nofollow">bankruptcy</a> you loose any RRSP's that have been contributed in the 12 months prior to filing a bankruptcy. All the rest of your RRSP's would be considered <a href="http://www.bankruptcy-edmonton.com/bankruptcy-exemptions-in-edmonton.htm" rel="nofollow">exempt</a> and not lost in <a href="http://www.bankruptcy-canada.ca/whatIsBankruptcy.htm" rel="nofollow">bankruptcy</a>. This will all depend on when these contributions were made. If you file bankruptcy you loose any RRSP's that have been contributed in the 12 months prior to filing a bankruptcy.
